The UOIT Faculty Association has negotiated a respectable benefits package, which includes a major medical plan, dental plan, health care expense account, short and long term disability benefits, life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, dependent tuition assistance program, staff development tuition reimbursement program, employer-paid professional fees, professional development allowance, an employee assistance program and transportation costs between campuses.
