The UOIT Faculty Association has negotiated a respectable benefits package, which includes a major medical plan, dental plan, health care expense account, short and long term disability benefits, life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, tuition scholarship for spouses and dependents, professional development allowance, moving expenses, an employee assistance program and transportation costs between campuses.
